Наличие бассейна с подогревом, даже двух. Расположение, всё рядом. Горячая и холодная вода без перебоев, кондиционер работает.

Disadvantages:

В номере грязно, в холодильнике от предыдущих проживающих бутылка кваса. Около гостиницы есть свободные парковочные места, но парковаться нельзя. По 1 большому полотенцу на человека. Очень неудобный матрас, даже чувствуются пружины.
