Дом разделён на два хозяина, сдаём одну отдельную половину, второй этаж и мансарду. Дворы разные. Дом на 4-6 человек со всеми удобства, душ туалет, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор, стиральная машина. Есть 2 спальни, в каждой из них кондиционер и телевизор. До моря 20, мин пешком, на маршрутке 5 мин. Wifi - есть. С детьми берём с пяти лет в целях безопасности, имеется лестница.
