Хозяйка приветливая, добродушная. Снимали с друзьями целый этаж с комнатами. На этаже уютно, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная, отдельные комнаты, санузел и душ с горячей водой. Всё понравилось, рекомендую.
