Advantages:

Отличный, чистый и современный номер, абсолютно никаких нареканий к обстановке, качеству, работе кондиционера, мебели и прочему, на что обычно обращаешь внимание при проживании. Рядом сразу несколько столовых, супермаркет и кафе, остановка общественного транспорта тоже недалеко.

Disadvantages:

Почти под окнами расположены мусорные баки, поэтому иногда ранним утром можно проснуться под звук мусоровоза
