Квартира расположена на первом этаже, с огромной площадью, в ней три комнаты, и ванная, два двуспальных раскладных дивана, одна односпальная кровать и двуспальная кровать. В номере своя кухня, с духовкой, газовой плитой и вытяжкой, посудомоечная машина, в основной комнате телевизор, сплит система, большой холодильник, сейф, фен, чайник, два больших шкафа купе, ортопедические матрасы. В ванной комнате не душ, а ванна, туалет умывальник, также установлена стиральная машина. Это единственный такой номер, самый большой в пансионате.

Питание завтрак и ужин, бассейн с подогревом, взрослый и детский, шезлонги, детская площадка, батут, бесплатная стоянка, мангальная зона, беседочки, wifi, первая линия, шведский стол.
