Advantages:

Снимали этаж - места в доме показалось много, детям очень понравился бассейн (и некоторым взрослым). Тихий, спокойный уголок в витязево. Рядом аэропорт

Disadvantages:

Мебель старая, не хватает полочек в душе, линолеум поистрепался
