Advantages:

Очень хорошо, доброжелательные хозяева. Чисто, уютно. В доме есть всё, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Выход на 2 улицы (на ул. Мира, где можно прогуляться вдоль лимана и на ул. Черноморская с магазинчиками), что удобно.
