Улица тихая. Есть мангальная зона с беседкой. Есть бассейн. Просторная кухня. В пешей доступности улица черноморская с множеством кафе и магазинов. До моря немного далековато но расстояние не замечаешь так как идёшь мимо столовых, магазинчиков, рынка где можно купить фрукты, овощи, специи, чай. Затем проходите кучу магазинчиков, кафе, шашлычных, запах завораживает. А сколько сувениров. Одежды и принадлежностей для отдыха просто рай и недорого. Море потрясающее, песочек сказка. Есть где погулять и вкусно покушать.
